What benefits do you offer?

Where do the portrait sessions take place?

Sessions may take place outside, around campus - in a breezeway or a shaded garden. If indoors is chosen, near a bright window or we will use a large light modifier to simulate natural light. Sessions are easy, naturally posed and never typical.  

 

When should we book our portrait days?

It is best to schedule at least 6 months ahead of time such as in the Spring for the following school year; however, we always try our best to accommodate our new clients.

What payment options do you accept?

Since all of our sales are online, we accept any credit card or bank card payment. 

Do you retouch boo-boos and tattoos?

Yes, and parents LOVE this complimentary service!

When will our proofs and orders be ready?

Proofs will be available 3 weeks from shoot dates. Then, orders should be placed online about a week later in order to receive the orders back on time. Printed and packaged orders will be delivered to the school within 4 weeks. Total turn-around time is 6-8 weeks.

Are you available to showcase your signature products?

Yes, upon request, we are happy to display our samples in the school office or at parent get-togethers such as holiday trunk shows/festivals and PTA meetings.
